Atlantech has designed, built and deployed the UniServices UnisWeb Intranet, built upon Microsoft's Sharepoint/MOSS 2007 web site platform.
The intranet delivers UniServices' academics and staff valuable forms, documents and information for HR, Intellectual Property development, commercial transfer and project management.
The intranet also includes a comprehensive Financial Management application developed by Atlantech, which gives authorised users, distributed around the globe, the ability to issue purchase orders and monitor the financial performance of their projects.
In the future UnisWeb will take advantage of MOSS document librarys and My Site technologies to allow researchers to run their own intranets hosting and collaborating with their research documents, project calendars, blogs, wikis and databases.
