A fantastic opportunity exists for someone with significant experience in .Net Web and Windows application development to develop their team mentoring skills and extend their technical skills with Enterprise Services, Sharepoint, Project Server and Web Services.
This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership responsibilities, mentoring and team delegation in a small, dynamic development team that undertakes bespoke development for its clients, mostly in small to medium enterprises within New Zealand.

Ideally you will be MCAD or MCSD certified and also have some familiarity with MS Sharepoint Services and Portal Server, Project Server, Application Code Blocks, .Net Enterprise Services/COM+ application development.
We follow an MSF-based development methodology and have recently started using Sparx EA for UML-based documentation of requirements and OO design. A good understanding of UML would help.
A relevant degree is highly desirable.
Our talented team is passionate about their application development projects and needs good technical leadership. You should have an interest in mentoring members of your team to achieve their project goals.
Good english communication skills are essential to the role.
