The Ko Tawa taonga collection features more than 250 precious objects donated to the Auckland Museum by Captain Gilbert Mair.
The Ko Tawa exhibtion opened with great ceremony last night at the exhibition to reveal this collection to the public.
Atlantech's software development team worked with the Auckland Museum and multimedia consultants IO Media to create an online database of taonga.
